Order all tests through Chance Chiropractic Center. The links are to help educate you about the labs and the kinds of tests they offer. Not all tests are listed above. Pricing varies for each test. If you aren't sure about which tests to take, fill out our Functional Medicine questionnaires and make a phone appointment with Dr. Chance to discover which tests are right for you. 

Once we figure out which tests you'll need, you will receieve a requistion for your blood test, or a kit for allergy, saliva, stool, or dried urine test that you will sample and send directly to the lab. When we receive the results of your tests, Dr. Chance will schedule a 1 hour session to discuss your results and questionnaires and form your personal plan-of-action.
