Shredded Salad-Asian Flavors

Overview
With everything shredded, you can add whatever is in your refrigerator for this light but filling salad. Phase One-Repair
Ingredients
For the salad any quantity you have:
Cabbage-any kind, I used Napa
lettuce
radish
2 carrots, peeled
handful sliced almonds
handful sunflower seeds
peeled orange or tangerine slices
For the dressing
2 Tablespoon sesame oil or EVOO
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp minced ginger
sliced green onion *optional
Steps
Put all the salad mixings in a food processor on the shred or double shred blade.
Mix all the dressing ingredients and poor on the salad.
Enjoy.
*Meat it up: Add sliced chicken breast
