1can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained

1/3 cup(s) fresh cilantro, minced

Baked Fish with Black Beans and Zucchini Directions
Adjust oven rack to lower-middle position and heat oven to 450º.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange zest, half of garlic. This will be used as a sauce in the next step.
Combine beans, zucchini, 2 tablespoons of the cilantro, orange juice, and remaining garlic. Spread bean mixture evenly on the bottom of a glass or ceramic baking dish. Place the filets on top, then spread the sauce on top of the fish.
Cover baking dish with a glass top. Cook until fish is just cooked through 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro. Serve.
