Quick, and simple side dish. Pairs great with Ginger Orange Chicken.



For 4 people ()


  • 5 bunches bok choy
  • 1 tablespoon(s) organic coconut oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) fresh ginger, grated
Cooking time

Bok Choy Directions

  1. Cut the ends off the white part of the bok choy and rinse well. Slice into one inch long pieces.
  2. In a medium pot or skillet on medium heat, add the oil and the bok choy and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the ginger and the garlic, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
