A fresh boost to plain old vegetable dip.


For 4 people ()


  • 2 cup(s) fresh vegetables, include greens
  • 1/4 cup(s) fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
Preparation time

Pureed Vegetable Dip Directions

  1. Puree the vegetables in a blender or food processor. Add the berries and continue to blend. Slowly add the olive oil and blend until smooth.
  2. Try bluberries, raspberries and spinach; or kale, strawberries and blackberries. Enjoy!
