Cauliflower and Broccoli Mash Directions
In a medium to large pot, add the oil, cauliflower and broccoli. Cover and cook for 8 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Add 3/4 cup water, cover and cook uncovered for another 5 minutes and the water has mostly evaporated. Take off burner to cool. Using a hand potato masher, or an inversion blender, mix the vegetables together well.
