Easy and delicious side dish, goes with hormone free-grass fed beef, natural or free range chicken or wild caught fish!

  • 1 head green cabbagge
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil, or organic coconut oil

Roasted Cabbage Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Peel the outer later of the cabbage, cut the root off, and rinse the leaves. Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
  2. Place the cabbage in a 9x12 glass baking dish. Drizzle with the oil and minced garlic.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes, remove from the oven and flip the cabbage. Cook for another 25 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
